The refrain that it is the best of times and the worst of times when it comes to technology rings true when you consider the speed of technological development in the cyber world, and the threat that poses when exploited by lawless, militant organizations. And with two theaters of active combat engaging America’s military, the need to develop systems and programs to support the wafighter have never been more acute. When InScope assembled its collective resources to follow a path to advancing the global good, the idea was to focus on issues that included National Security.
