How long have you worked at InScope? Since October 2009
What type of work do you do at InScope?
Recruiting
Why did you choose InScope?
The opportunity to: work with like-minded professionals; make my efforts be meaningful with a company that is doing something purposeful. /p>
What excites you about your work?
From a recruiting perspective, every day has a bit of a different spin to it, I get to meet/talk with new people every day that live in different parts of the globe and come from all walks of life. As I receive new requirements to work on, I have the opportunity to expand my level of knowledge. It cannot think of a day I walked into work and someone I walked by did not smile and or said good morning. Mike Bruce has put so much work into (among many other things) creating a culture at InScope that has built a “team” environment, where no matter; who, what, when, and where, everyone has always been willing to help me.
If I described InScope in three words, they would be…
Team, Focused, Results-Oriented
The culture at InScope is…
Extremely fun, professional, respectful, encourages growth and allows opportunity for growth.
The most surprising thing about InScope is…
The time our CEO is willing to, and does, invest/devote to anyone in the company no matter what position they are in. Same with everyone else in the company.
How do you give back to the community?
Through our InService events (they are the greatest idea).
What makes InScope stronger than its competition?
The family oriented environment it preserves, especially from such a disconnected society we unfortunately live in today. Flexibility for those with special schedule needs. The opportunity for comments and consideration of suggestions from its employees. Our work is mission-centric (purposeful). The leaders behind InScope are always willing to go to battle for their team mates/team members. Interest in making the work environment more than just a place to be from 8 to 5.
My favorite part about InScope is…
There is not just one thing, there are many. But the relationships that I have been able to develop company-wide will last a lifetime.
The best advice I could give to a new employee at InScope is…
Don’t be shy, get to know everyone, participate in events, walk in with a smile, and you will soon see the same great things I see.
