Jenifer Pape
Vice President, Human Resources
Jenifer began her career with InScope as the Director of Human Resources in November, 2004. As the recently promoted Vice President of Human Resources, Jenifer will oversee all of InScope’s human resource strategies, policies and related processes. Jenifer has been the Facility Security Officer (FSO) since November 2007—a role she added in order to manage InScope’s growing appetite for facility and security related clearances. In 2009 Jenifer began staffing and recruiting—and has steadily incorporated new processes while growing her team to a level that can accommodate the increasing number of client and corporate requirements.
Prior to joining InScope, Jenifer worked for Accenture where she provided leadership to a large team that managed human resource operations for a government agency. In addition, Jenifer worked for Verizon Avenue; first in corporate Human Resources and later in an operations capacity that entailed provisioning and help desk support oversight for over 80+ people.
Jenifer has worked for both start-up organizations as well as large companies in many different industries. Her blend of experiences in both human resource and operational roles, contributes to a keen understanding of InScope’s most important asset: its employees.
Jenifer earned her BA in Organizational Management from Concordia University; River Forest, Illinois. She volunteers her time with organizations such as DC Central Kitchen and most recently has helped raise money in support of the Susan G. Komen 3-Day foundation and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Jenifer and her husband, Charlie, live in Northern Virginia with their four children.
